A little about myself...
I've been brewing for several years now and as is the case with most craft brewers, I started the hobby using a small store bought kit that produced something that was "drinkable" but not great by any means. I've been an all-grain brewer for a few years now and enjoy sharing my beers with anyone who appreciates good beer. Although I'm willing to try any style of beer, my favorite style probably is a nice malty stout.

I like Belgian Blind tasting.
I like the cheese and chocolate ideas. If we do the chocolate one, maybe everyone could bring a bar of Patric as well as a beer. If we do the Belgian tasting, we should maybe narrow the styles. Also, the 10% idea is a good one but should be limited…
Spoke briefly tonight with Jarrett and the next tasting will most likely be at Flatbranch. Not sure about the idea/theme, so if you have ideas...now would be the time to step forward.
